Dear Lee,

This letter is to congratulate you on a job well done. The HART device
driver projects for Windows NT and Windows 95 were completed ahead of
schedule and under cost estimates. These were complicated projects with
time-critical interaction with specific external hardware, and required
detailed knowledge of Windows driver development- not easy projects!

Since you were working with specific development tools that you had
(Vireo & SoftIce), allowing you to work at your site was both convenient
and cost effective. Communication via phone and email took care of the
problems as they came up. It also allowed you to put in longer hours than
you would have been able to at our site.

The resulting software was clearly written, well commented and documented.
The written instructions were clear and easy to follow. Even the test
software was well written with a nice user interface and made regression
testing easy. All in all, the work was very professional and of high quality.

We will have additional projects coming up and I look forward to calling on
you and your company to help us with those.
