Craftech Software Designs has been serving
the industry since 1989 in response to the market's initial shortage of senior
Windows programmers and software engineers. Lee Mowatt had been working in the
MS Windows environment since Microsoft first pushed it out in
1986, and knew only a few others with essentially the same level of experience. Craftech’s primary purpose has been to make available the services of Lee Mowatt
and other contracting consultants of similar expertise and experience. Although
Lee Mowatt is our most active consultant, at times Craftech can appear to be a
loose association of independent software developers all adhering to strict
professional, technical, and business standards. All consultants, including Lee,
report to a single administrator who has been with the company since its
inception. 
Our business is solving technical problems and providing a technical resource to
other companies and organizations involved in software or hardware development.
